The mission of Versant’s Center for the Advancement of Nursing® (Vcan®) is to provide professional and organizational development opportunities through research, education, publishing, conferences and other events where nursing and healthcare professionals can engage in a collaborative and disciplined model.
The Versant Center for the Advancement of Nursing, Inc. limits overhead and indirect costs on all collaborative or research endeavors to a maximum of 15% of direct costs. We refer to such costs as Fixed & Administrative(F&A) costs. F&A is indicated for costs that are not readily assignable, yet directly benefit the grant’s goals as outlined and budgeted.
